The mild, delicate lemon flavour enriches both sweet and hearty dishes: The young leaf adds a fresh note to jams, fruit salads and desserts. Also goes well with salads, white meat and fish. Grows moderately fast.

Used as a spice and medicinal plant. Aromatic herb. Great for cocktails and other drinks due to its aroma. Fresh lemony taste.
Several seeds can be placed in one PlantPlug. Germinates after approx. 1 week. Ideal room temperature: 18 - 30 °C.
First harvest after 4 - 6 weeks. Regular pruning promotes strong growth; the plant should be cut a maximum of 5 cm above the PlantPlug. Flowers are edible.
