Spicy mustard oils give this originally Mediterranean plant its characteristic aroma. Its strong flavor gives salads, pasta dishes and soups a hearty note. Rocket can be harvested several times as long as it is harvested before it flowers. The flower gives the rocket a bitter taste. Grows quickly.
Single pack variant: 1 bag of seeds in a single pack contains seeds for 2 PlantPlugs.
Variant 4-pack: 1 seed packet 4-pack contains 4 seed bags, 1 seed bag is sufficient for 2 PlantPlugs. This means that 1 seed packet is sufficient for 1 planting of the GreenBox (8 PlantPlugs).

Product details
Germinates after approx. 10 days at 15 - 20 °C. Germination temperatures above 22 °C have a germination-inhibiting effect. Ideal room temperature: 18 - 24 °C.
The first leaves can be harvested after approx. 3 - 4 weeks. The entire head of lettuce is harvested after approx. 6 weeks. The flowers are edible. After the rocket has flowered, no new leaves are formed and the aroma of the leaves diminishes.
