With the GreenBox Plus, you can plant either 3 or 8 plants at the same time, depending on which insert you use. To comply with current legal requirements, we recommend using the insert with 3 slots.

The harvest quantity, with three plants (under optimized conditions), is on average 70 - 90 g wet and dry approx. 20 g.

Cultivation is impressively simple and does not differ greatly from growing other plants in the GreenBox.

1. set up the GreenBox: Place your GreenBox in a well-ventilated location.
2. Place the water tank with the insert of your choice in the GreenBox.
3. Insert our PlantPlugs made from coconut fibers into the insert. The plants remain in the PlantPlugs throughout the entire growth phase.
4. Insert the seeds into the PlantPlugs. The pointed side of the seed should point upwards. The sprouting root grows out of the tip and grows in a U-shape around the seed to anchor itself in the soil.
5. Start the germination phase: Place the U-plates and sprouting caps on top.
6. Mix 2 liters of water with a capful of the Magic Juice supplied.
7Connect the power supply and the air pump.
8. Set the app settings.
9. Water approximately every two weeks when the GreenBox flashes.
10. Use the GreenBox Autoflower Booster, starting with the removal of the sprouting caps.
11. start using the Bloom Booster from the beginning of the flowering phase in addition to the Autoflower Booster.

For growing in the GreenBox, we recommend so-called autoflowering varieties. Due to their characteristics, such as low growth height and robustness, they are perfect for beginners and the GreenBox. They do not require any special light cycles to flower, which significantly reduces the amount of care required. This allows them to thrive ideally under the automated conditions of the GreenBox while providing a reliable harvest. Naturally! Our PlantPlugs are not integrated with seeds. You can find selected medicinal herb seeds on the website of our partner company. If you want to buy your own medicinal herb seeds, we recommend autoflowering varieties for growing in the GreenBox.

With a light output of 18 hours per day (recommended lighting duration for optimum growth results), the average power consumption of the GreenBox Plus is around 13.5 kWh per month, which corresponds to a daily additional charge of around EUR 0.10 (as of October 2024).

The maximum output of the LED lights is 45 watts, which corresponds to approx. 15-20,000 lux.

For the best growth of your medicinal herbs, use the GreenBox Autoflower Booster regularly in the irrigation water from the removal of the seed caps until one week before harvest. In the flowering phase, supplement it with GreenBox Bloomer, which provides phosphate and potassium for larger flowers. Magic Juice supports root health with beneficial microorganisms. Add it from the first watering until one week before harvest to promote root growth and prevent diseases. The products mentioned are all included in the set.

With the GreenBox Plus, you are ready to make a statement. The larger Smart Indoor Garden can be set up anywhere, even in places without sunlight. It measures 40.6 x 20.8 x 83.4 centimetres and should be placed near the power socket.

When you start a new set, the amount of water in the tank should be 2 liters. The plants will then be supplied with water for an average of 14 days. The water requirement can of course increase at high temperatures.

You can set the GreenBox to flash when the water level is low in the app. This way you will always be reminded to water in good time.

18 hours per day is the most effective lighting duration for autoflowering strains. You can use the GreenBox app to set when the light should switch on and off automatically. The light temperature and intensity can also be flexibly adjusted to your mood via the app.

You can also use the GreenBox as a light alarm clock and/or intelligent daylight lamp.

The housing of the GreenBox is made of birch wood from European forests. It is cut by laser and finished by hand. Each GreenBox is assembled by hand in our workshop and checked for quality.

The components of each GreenBox that we ship are carefully packaged in a dry state and separately from each other: the wooden housing does not come into contact with water, the PlantPlugs are "unplugged" and tightly packed - and the seeds are also individually packaged separately. All this ensures a very long shelf life for the product and accessories. As long as they are kept in a dry environment, the seeds and PlantPlugs will last for at least 2 years. So you don't have to worry about whether your "green gift" will last until the holidays :)
