On Our Own Behalf: Restart, Important Information & Current Availability

Dear GreenBox Community,

Behind the scenes, things have been very busy in recent weeks. Today, we would like to officially inform you about an important change: We have restructured.

As of December 1, 2025, a new management team under the name GreenBox GmbH has taken over the business operations (see Imprint). This step was necessary to secure the future of our green mission in the long term and to continue offering you the best possible service.

A "Sorry" for Waiting Times

During this handover and restructuring, there were unfortunately occasional delays in responding to emails and processing orders in recent weeks.

We know that this was a bit nerve-wracking, especially in the pre-Christmas period, regarding your orders for under the Christmas tree. We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding. The good news: Our systems are running smoothly again, and we are here for you as usual. PayPal is also available again among payment service providers. We hope to be able to offer Klarna again soon.

Before the company's management change, an advertisement for another company unfortunately appeared in a newsletter.

This shop does not belong to us, is not authorized, and may not offer our products. We do not have access to orders placed there and unfortunately cannot help you with any problems with this provider. For your safety, please use exclusively our official shop at berlingreen.com.

Current Availability

Due to the restructuring, many necessary reorders could not be dispatched in time. The consequence: Many products are currently sold out, as you may have already noticed.

However, our team is diligently reordering all products. Microgreens and PlantPlugs with seeds should also be available again soon. We are doing everything we can so you can start gardening again as quickly as possible.

Note on your Customer Account and Newsletter

To ensure you continue to have access to your order history, receive the newsletter, and we can seamlessly process ongoing service requests, we have transferred the existing customer contractual relationships and data to the new GreenBox GmbH. Our current Terms and Conditions apply. You don't need to do anything; your account and subscriptions will remain as usual.

Should you nevertheless not agree to the continuation of your account under the new company, you can object to the use of your data at any time. Simply send us a short email to contact@berlingreen.com, and we will delete your data, provided no statutory retention periods exist. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
