The taste of the large, serrated wasabi leaf is reminiscent of horseradish. Young and raw, it seasons salads, sandwiches and summer rolls. A little more mature, it tastes good in soups and makes the perfect vegetable side dish when steamed or braised. Grows quickly.

Product details
Several seeds can be placed in a PlantPlug. Germinates after approx. 7 - 14 days at 18 °C. Ideal room temperature: 18 - 24 °C.
First leaves can be harvested after approx. 3 - 4 weeks. The whole plant can be harvested after approx. 5-6 weeks. The older the plant, the stronger the taste of the leaves.
