Sorrel tastes good both raw and cooked: e.g. blanched in salt water and tossed in butter with eggs, fish and meat. The vitamin C it contains has an invigorating effect. Young leaves enrich the salad bowl, purifying the blood and promoting stomach and intestinal function. Grows moderately fast.

Variant 4-pack: 1 seed packet 4-pack contains 4 seed bags, 1 seed bag is sufficient for 2 PlantPlugs. This means that 1 seed packet is sufficient for 1 planting of the GreenBox (8 PlantPlugs).

Product details
Several seeds can be placed in a PlantPlug. Germinates after approx. 10 days. Temperatures above 24 °C inhibit germination. Ideal room temperature: 18 - 24 °C.
The first leaves can be harvested after approx. 3 - 4 weeks and should be harvested before flowering. The entire plant can be harvested after approx. 6 weeks.
