As one of the oldest aromatic plants, sage is an indispensable part of Italian cuisine: its intensely spicy aroma is not only perfect with meat and fish. Sage also adds depth of flavor to salads, soups and cheese dishes. Sage roasted in butter is a pure explosion of flavor! Grows medium-fast.

Used as a spice and medicinal plant. Aromatic herb.
Several seeds can be placed in one PlantPlug. Germinates after 1 - 2 weeks at an optimum temperature of 18 - 22°C. Ideal room temperature: 18 - 30°C.
First harvest after approx. 4 weeks. Regular pruning promotes strong growth, but the plant should not be cut down completely. Flowers are edible.
