Origin: Near and Middle East. Also known as Maggi herb.
Several seeds can be placed in a PlantPlug. Germinates after approx. 2 weeks. Ideal room temperature 20 - 30 °C.
Harvesting possible during the entire growth phase. Do not harvest the entire plant. Regular pruning promotes strong growth and prevents flower formation. However, the plant should not be cut down completely. Leaves are aroma-poor after flowering. However, when the plant flowers, the seeds can be collected for consumption.
