The sourish taste of the blood sorrel reminds you of rhubarb. Young and fresh, the decorative leaf enriches the salad bowl. Steamed and sauteed in butter or cream, the larger leaves are a tasty side dish. Grows at intermediate pace.

Several seeds can be placed in a PlantPlug. Germinates after approx. 10 days. Temperatures above 24 °C inhibit germination. Ideal room temperature: 18 - 24 °C.
The first leaves can be harvested after approx. 3 - 4 weeks. The entire plant is harvested after approx. 6 weeks.
