The PlantPlugs in the Experimental Set are - as in our PlantPlug Sets - the perfect growing medium for your plants: The substrate cones contain all the vital nutrients for your herbs, flowers or fruit to germinate, grow and thrive.
Our PlantPlugs are made from coconut fibers, a by-product of the coconut industry. In contact with water, the PlantPlugs retain their shape - the fact that virtually no particles are released makes them very clean to handle.
To keep your plants well nourished, they are enriched with a mineral fertilizer. Of course, they are 100% biodegradable and free from pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, genetically modified organisms or other suspicious substances.
How it works
It's very simple! Insert the supplied seeds into the PlantPlugs and these in turn into the slots of the GreenBox. Fill the tank with water and watch your herbs, flowers and vegetables grow! Depending on the plant, you can enjoy your first harvest after 3 - 6 weeks.
