Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GreenBox GmbH, c/o Eurohermes, Rauschwalder Straße 41, 02826 Görlitz, Germany, Email: contact@berlingreen.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.

Important Note: Already used substrates including seeds ("PlantPlugs") are excluded from return.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (e.g. mushroom substrates).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal has reached us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling the goods in a way not necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
