Product Description
Asian Leafy Greens – Aromatic leafy greens from the Far East
Enrich your diet with spicy flavors and valuable vitamins. Enjoy home-grown Pak Choi and the subtle heat of Red Giant Salad. The mustard greens Mizuna and Komatsuna, popular in Japan, bring variety to every plate.
Your four varieties from the Far East
- Mizuna – Flavor reminiscent of a mixture of kohlrabi, broccoli, and arugula
- Komatsuna – Also known as mustard spinach: the spicy flavor of young leaves goes very well in salads, older leaves are suitable steamed or fried as an aromatic side dish
- Pak Choi – Mild cabbage flavor, which is best brought out when briefly fried in mustard oil with garlic
- Red Giant Salad – Mild heat, comparable to daikon or radishes
Your set contains
- 2x PlantPlugs Mizuna
- 2x PlantPlugs Komatsuna
- 2x PlantPlugs Pak Choi
- 2x PlantPlugs Red Giant Salad
How it works
It's simple! Insert the included seeds into the PlantPlugs and then into the slots of the GreenBox. Fill the tank with water and watch your vegetables grow. After approx. 4–6 weeks you can enjoy your first harvest!
The PlantPlugs
Our PlantPlugs are made of coconut fibers, a byproduct of the coconut industry. They keep their shape when in contact with water and are very clean to handle. Enriched with mineral fertilizer, 100% biodegradable and free from pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, genetically modified organisms, and other harmful substances.
For even faster growth, we recommend our GreenBox Booster.
