The taste of Mizuna is reminiscent of a mixture of kohlrabi, broccoli and rocket. With its mustard, spinach and cabbage flavors, Komatsuna is also rightly known as mustard spinach: The spicy seasoning of young leaves makes a great addition to salads. Steamed or fried, older leaves make an excellent aromatic side dish.
The slight spiciness of Red Giant lettuce , on the other hand, can be compared to radishes or radishes. Briefly fried in mustard oil with garlic, the Pak Choi , which is already well-known in the West, comes into its own with its mild cabbage flavor.
How it works
It's simple! Insert the supplied seeds into the PlantPlugs and these in turn into the slots of the GreenBox. Fill the tank with water and watch your herbs grow. After approx. 4 - 6 weeks, you can enjoy your first harvest!
