The PlantPlug Set Asian Leafy Vegetables
contains 8 PlantPlugs with seeds for:

The taste of Mizuna is reminiscent of a mixture of kohlrabi, broccoli and rocket. With its mustard, spinach and cabbage flavors, Komatsuna is also rightly known as mustard spinach: The spicy seasoning of young leaves makes a great addition to salads. Steamed or fried, older leaves make an excellent aromatic side dish.
The slight spiciness of Red Giant lettuce , on the other hand, can be compared to radishes or radishes. Briefly fried in mustard oil with garlic, the Pak Choi , which is already well-known in the West, comes into its own with its mild cabbage flavor.
How it works
