Boerenkool – de zoet-bittere koning van het groen – voorziet je drankjes van antioxidanten en vitamine C, precies wat je nodig hebt in de herfst en winter. De pittige waterkers zou helpen bij het reguleren van de bloeddruk. Er worden ook kankerbestrijdende krachten aan toegeschreven.
De kruidige peterselie versterkt botten en ogen met de vitaminen K en A. Eveneens rijk aan vitamine A is de – de naam zegt het al – zuring. Met haar hoge gehalte aan vezels zou ze bovendien de darmactiviteit en gewichtsverlies bevorderen.
