Aromatische bladgroenten uit het Verre Oosten

De PlantPlug Set Aziatische Bladgroenten bevat 8 PlantPlugs met zaden voor:

Qua smaak doet Mizuna denken aan een mix van koolrabi, broccoli en rucola. Met zijn mosterd-, spinazie- en koolaroma's wordt Komatsuna terecht ook mosterdspinazie genoemd: de pikante smaak van jonge bladeren komt erg goed tot zijn recht in salades. Gestoomd of gebakken zijn oudere bladeren uitstekend geschikt als aromatisch bijgerecht.
De lichte scherpte van de Red Giant Salade is daarentegen te vergelijken met radijs of rammenas. Kort aangebraden in mosterdolie met knoflook komt de in het Westen reeds bekende Pak Choi met zijn milde koolaroma het best tot zijn recht.
Hoe werkt het?
Heel eenvoudig! Stop de meegeleverde zaden in de PlantPlugs en plaats deze vervolgens in de sleuven van de GreenBox. Vul de tank met water en zie je kruiden groeien. Na ongeveer 4 – 6 weken kun je genieten van je eerste oogst!
