Terms and Conditions – Summer Indoor Gardener Contest 2025
These terms and conditions (“Conditions”) apply to the Summer Indoor Gardener Contest (“Contest”), organized by:

By participating in the Contest, the participant agrees to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over who own or use a GreenBox from BerlinGreen are eligible to participate. Employees of GreenBox GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on 01.08.2025 and ends on 17.08.2025 at 23:59:59 (CET). Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. Participation
To participate, participants must:
• Submit a photo or video of their GreenBox in summer operation, supplemented by a short description or caption.
• Submit the entry either:
- in response to the Contest email
- or via Instagram (by direct message or by publicly tagging @berlingreenofficial)
Following the Instagram account and sharing the contest post are optional and do not increase the chances of winning.
One entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions will not be considered.
4. Prizes
Two winners will be determined:
1st Place: A voucher for a GreenBox
2nd Place: A voucher for a three-month supply of PlantPlugs (3 × 8-packs)
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
The winners will be selected by the BerlinGreen team based on originality, creativity, and overall impression. The decision is final and cannot be challenged. Winners will be notified within 7 days after the end of the Contest via email or Instagram.
5. Rights of Use
By participating in the Contest, participants agree that GreenBox GmbH may use the submitted photo/video material and accompanying texts indefinitely, non-exclusively, and free of charge for marketing and communication purposes, in particular on social media, in newsletters, and on the website.
Participants affirm that they are the author of the submitted content and that no third-party rights are violated.
6. Data Protection
The data submitted as part of the Contest will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the Contest. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
7. Miscellaneous
GreenBox GmbH reserves the right to change or prematurely terminate the Contest for valid reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
This Contest is in no way associated with Instagram or other social networks and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by them.
German law applies.
