The minimum term is 12 months. If you like the GreenBox, you can simply extend your contract afterwards. Alternatively, after the minimum term, the contract can be cancelled on a monthly basis.

If your GreenBox develops a fault during your contract term, we'll send you a new device straight away, so you don't have to wait long for a repair. Completely hassle-free, so you can get as much enjoyment out of your GreenBox as possible.

At the end of your contract, the GreenBox goes back to us. But don't worry, we won't dispose of it – wherever possible, we'll refurbish it.
